IIAM signs a strategic partnership agreement with the Centre for Academic Studies and Research
A strategic partnership agreement has been signed between the International Instance for Arbitration and Mediation and the Centre for Academic Studies and Research, bringing academic knowledge together with field and judicial experience in dispute resolution.
As part of its work to strengthen partnership and cooperation, and to give substance to its vision of institutional openness, the International Instance for Arbitration and Mediation has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Centre for Academic Studies and Research.
Signed in the presence of both delegations
The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr Abdelouahed Ahba, President of the International Instance for Arbitration and Mediation, and Mr Ayman El Aboudi, the Instance’s General Coordinator, alongside representatives of the Centre for Academic Studies and Research: Prof. Melman, President of the Centre, Prof. El Bouhali, Vice-President, and Dr El Nouhi, General Coordinator.
Objectives of the partnership
- Combine academic knowledge with field and judicial experience in dispute resolution.
- Develop national and international expertise in arbitration, mediation and good governance.
- Strengthen cooperation around joint training programmes.
The agreement opens broader horizons in the service of scientific research and preventive justice.
